Administrative Support Specialist - Part Time

D3 is searching for a part time Administrative Support Specialist to join its Omaha team.  This position is approximately 25 hours per week providing day to day, front-line administrative support and customer service.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the office; supplies, local vendors, mail, equipment
  • Provide front desk customer service and greet visitors
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, client and team lunches
  • Provide general administrative support services
  • Purchase and manage office supplies, office snacks, breakroom supplies and equipment
  • Facility coordination for two Omaha offices
  • Provide HR assistance
  • Assist in accounting data entry
  • A variety of other duties

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Some college preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and fun attitude, geared toward customer service
  • Professional, reliable, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
